You can sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner if:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You appear to have a genuine relationship.
  • You can financially support them (no social assistance).

Alternatively, the Super Visa allows parents and grandparents to visit Canada for up to 5 years at a time.
